Having these databases available and matching perfectly with Valencia's centroids is game changing!
It looks like there are some typos in the databases for Peptinophilus when it has a letter after the genus. Maybe at some point the "s_"'s were turned into "g_"'s in the genus column, and the "g_" were removed for the species column.

These typos come from the GTDB database. We attempted to fix them through the curation process but clearly have missed some! Thanks for pointing these out – we will be sure to fix these in the next version.
