Too many resources. #35

I have made some refactoring, could you try 2.2.2-SNAPSHOT version? |
Hi @Silveriomrs, yesterday I run ZxPoly on a LinuxMint Intel and there are not any problems. Can you try again, please ? |
Sure, ASAP I come back to Spain I will do it and tell you. |
I'm sorry for being so late! At any case, it maybe be caused by the own Linux Mint distrubution and not a coding bug. Sadly I have only Linux Mint OS in my computers. Edit: Upgrading to last version before to check the issue again. |
I have added option flag into Preferences, called "Try use less resources", it should decrease CPU consuming in non-turbo mode, you can try snapshot |
Hi again! Found the flag! And it seems that now works better... After a while, it is not so noisy as before, but... as you can see in the screenshot the issue continue. Probably it happens only into my system. Also, detected 2 strange behaviors... screen border flashes, and I couldn't activate the sound. |
and what is the game? I see the snapshot starts in zxpoly mode |
The game is GameOver. Dinamic. Edit: Reloading again... but not sound. Testing CPU usage. Edit: Loading properly the usage of CPU is right... pretty good indeed, but... once I do a pause of the machine... it becomes again too high. Edit 2: After some more games... the CPU usage become normal (<75%) ... so I guess it was solved. Don't know why happen when it get triggered to higher use than 100%. But now... it seems OK. |
Hi,
Issue enviroment:
The system become crazy about resources and the fan stars to spin too much due to high temperature.

It takes a lot of CPU resources, even more than VirtualBox Machine + Firefox together. 119'9% of CPU use.
Thanks for your creation.
