Re-uses hashed texture matches to save memory. Looking at about 64Mb for stok KSP :)
Added WAIT main config option. This allows the process to wait for threads to complete before generating a new one. Trade-off is performance vs time.

Minor fix, added alternate compressor.
This will fix the issues seen with EVE and other mods.
DXT Caching!
All textures are compressed, but loading is faster, and much more memory is saved.
First load will take a VERY long time. Upwards of an hour in some cases. Subsequent loads will be faster than any you have had before though.

Initial caching takes a LOOOOONG time, but the subsequent loads are VERY fast, and LOTS of memory is saved.
Duplication fix, min size, & extension based loader disable.
3-8 updated basic config.
Fixed Undefined Folders Issue
Now textures not specified will default to be un-modified.
