Push to maven central

Please push to maven central. Necessary in some cases for corporate adoption.

Please also push the individualcomponent jars - in particular the minimal JSON lib which I want to use in a related lib.

Any update on this? We'd like to include this with Presto and having it in Maven Central would make that easier. Thanks

@rcongiu We would find this really useful as well, as this would ease our deployment process quite much!
