Updates for some CMS Guide pages: - docs/about-cms: add 2016 information, update links, and rearrange information about the different file types found - docs/cms-guide-docker: add the ROOT and Python containers (as #nanoaod html tag) and a few more clarifications to examples - docs/cms-guide-for-research: something of a rewrite here - docs/cms-guide-pileup-simulation: add 2016 info and clarify/tweak text descriptions; add AOD/MiniAOD and Nano access examples - docs/cms-guide-xsec: brand new page about cross section values. Adds cross-section values to 2015 MC records. Adds cross section field information to JSON Schema. Modifies the detailed record template so that the values get displayed with the text suggested in #3454. Co-authored-by: Tibor Šimko <tibor.simko@cern.ch>
Adds files to CMS 2016 VM records. Fixes experiment field that is now a list of values.
Pins invenio-app to less than 1.5.0, fixing the issue with Flask-Limiter and the detailed record page display. Closes #3593
