- To use the program BAT should be installed (see instructions
  and documentation at http://www.mppmu.mpg.de/bat/ )

- To modify input control cards and run parameters edit runTopComb.cxx
    
    choose control cards:
    TopComb * m = new TopComb("full2010_ljets_tagged.txt");

    number of iterations:
    m->MCMCSetNIterationsRun(100000);

for details on other parameter settings see the BAT manual:

- run the program:
  > make
  > ./runTopComb

- list of available control cards 
full2010_ljets_tagged.txt
full2010_ljets_pretagged.txt

- output: 
  TopComb_plots.ps
  contains the posterior distributions of all parameters
  (cross section and systematic uncertainties) and their correlations.
