Users cannot change password

Not so much of an issue if running one's own server, but there doesn't appear to be a way to change one's password on readthedocs.org.

http://readthedocs.org/accounts/password/reset/ is there from django-regsitration. But it's themed as the admin instead of the frontend, but should work. I'll keep this open to make sure it gets cleaned up.

Pushed these fixes today. Added a password change link in the dashboard.

I also added a forgot password link to the login page, to round out all the user management stuff that we forgot to do :)
