Dashactyl is mainly to be used by hosting providers, who need a free server management panel and allows splitting resources.
Pterodactyl Panel is an amazing game panel that Dashactyl connects with using the API.

Keep in mind, it only has a Discord OAuth2 currently.
You will need to edit settings.json and ./themes/default/pages.json in order to change the customization options.
