I don't know about GoogleCode, but perhaps you have an option there somewhere to
enable users to edit their own bugreports/FRs the same way?

Don't worry about the labels then, just pick the correct "type" when submitting,

Fixed in r35 , v1.3.2 #6, just removed "blank icon" to match rest of windows.
