Added per listener TLS setup (fixed recognizing protocol schema) and ability to recognize which listener accepted given connection. This feature is needed for the Kafka-Rest compatibility proxy in redpanda as we need to return a contextual information based on HTTP or HTTPS as per the protocol description and need underlying access to the actual listener information.

For some deployments it may be required to configure different set of
credentials for different http server listeners. Added ability to
set/override default http server credentials with listener specific set
of credentials.

Added ability to conifugre per listener credentials when using
`http_server_control` helper.

Seastar http server implementation supports multiple listeners. It may
be required for the handler logic to know which listener the connection
is coming from. Added listener_idx field to `httpd::request` to allow
handler recognize listener.

When we enable the sanitizer, we get following error while running
iotune:

SUMMARY: AddressSanitizer: 4096 byte(s) leaked in 1 allocation(s).

This is because we don't free buffer which allocated at filesystem_has_good_aio_support(), we should free it to avoid such error.

And this is needed to test Scylla machine image with debug mode binary,
since it tries to run iotune with the sanitizer and fails.

Closes scylladb#1284
