Inserting newly uploaded images.

I hate to be kicking a dead horse, but this issue is still plaguing us. I just tested it on the Refinery Demo site, and have the same issue there: http://demo.refinerycms.com/refinery/pages/page-not-found/edit

Steps to reproduce:

1. edit page
2. click insert image
3. new image
4. upload image
5. select newly uploaded image
6. uncheck "Resize the Image" to eliminate imagemaick from the mix.
7. click insert
   No image gets inserted. If I go back and choose an existing image, it inserts fine, and the resize options work as well.

I'm really stumped here. If you have suggestions for things I could do to help debug, I'm very willing.

This is a blocker to releasing 0.9.9 as this sort of thing should work so hopefully we'll see some progress made on a patch for it soon.

Solved the issue where new images couldn't be placed into wymeditor right after being uploaded. Closed by 6621f4f
