Create RHUI symlinks for RHEL-9 beta, dist, eus, e4s, aus #23

RHEL-9 RHUI continues to be symlinked in the same way as RHEL-8 was.
Currently, there no update streams content available as we're still setting things up, but EUS and E4S is confirmed for RHEL 9.0

@crungehottman is currently working on refactoring this project to separate "private", "public" components, after which the workflow here will be a little different and such changes should happen in an internal repo.

@crungehottman @MichalHaluza do you have any preference, if this change should be postponed a bit and perhaps used as one of the first changes to try out the new workflow? From a technical standpoint I think the urgency here is low as this is still not used by any system in production.

Also as a side note, rebasing this ought to fix the CI failure.

Postponing and using the changeset as a guinea pig sounds perfectly fine to me.
