Fails on some gzip content URLs.

I've noticed that inliner is failing on some gzip content URLs.

It needs the following in get.js:

  var settings = assign({}, options, {
    encoding: null,
    followRedirect: true,
    headers: inliner.headers,
    gzip: true
  });

I will make a PR once I get some time.

Do you have an example URL it fails on that can used to test against.
