La problem okazas en krev.json traduko zh: [".0i","zh","𠩺",""],[".0i","zh","xī","𠩺"],

La utf-8 traduko shajnas esti ghusta do momente ne estas klara kial mysql plendas. Sed la oroblemo eble povas ankau esti en la DBD-modulo de Perlo.
