Hey there! I'm Alex Ruger, musician-turned-programmer.

I work for composer Bear McCreary and his production company Sparks & Shadows, doing everything from writing internal tools, automating the music production and asset delivery pipeline, provisioning and maintaining our servers and other infrastructure, web development, and audio plugin and sample library development.

I'm also a freelance technical consultant, primarily serving composers, music editors, and anyone else who works in audio and needs some help.
