Hey, when you put the list mode, the Vac Ban and Game ban values are all 0 even after refresh and reload account.

Can confirm this exists, just tested now on v1.4.2.0, will look into it

Tested on last version and old version always this, also remember password not working for me

Improve config info detection

* Steam saves account names to config.vdf in lower case, which would cause them to sometimes not be found if a user entered or imported them originally with uppercase letters.
* Fix steamId retrieved from config not being saved to the account collection if it did not already exist #108
* Update NuGet packages
