whois_5.5.0.tar.xz tar ball contains whois-5.4.4 directory

5.5.0 release tar ball is not properly created. Instead of whois-5.5.0 top-level directory it contains whois-5.4.4 directory:

I cannot rebuild a source package once it is released. If this breaks your workflow then I can release 5.5.1 in a few days. I will remove the version number from the directory name from the next release.

I've already worked around it in my fork flow. I don't demand an immediate fix. I reported it you to know there is something bad with a prospect that the next release will be good.
