@davidanthoff this should have tests running and passing on version 1.6, I will address 1.7 and 1.8 in a different PR as those will need to handle both (1) updates for performance and (2) a different random number generator ie. new regression files |

Continuous integration needs the
DATADEPS_ALWAYS_ACCEPTenvironment variable to be set totrueto remove the interactiveY/Nprompt and automatically download the required data dependencies.
