v2021.10.2
This .2 release additionally fixes two bugs introduced in the 2021.10.1 release:
- Fixed the status column not sorting correctly.
- Fixed the Windows installer not shipping the newly required
zlib1.dll
.
Added
-
This release brings back the classic filter mechanism from the old BrickStore versions, but it
also adds a lot of convenience functionality:- The fields to filter on are limited to the currently visible columns.
- If a field has a limited set of possible values (e.g., colors, status, condition), these
values can be auto-completed while typing or just picked from a drop-down list. - Even complex filters can be (de)activated by a single click on the filter icon.
-
Added support for simple calculations on all numeric document fields. Columns such as price or
quantity now allow you to enter either an absolute numeric value (e.g.42
) or a calculation
term (e.g.=+42
to add 42 to all selected values). The syntax is
=<operation><value>
with<operation>
being one of+-*/
and<value>
being
a valid integer or floating-point number (depending on the column's data type).
Improvements
- Fixed a few problems with failing authentications against the BrickLink servers.
Technical Changes
- To simplify the code base, the minimum supported Qt and C++ version were raised to 5.15 and 20
respectively. - BrickStore can be built against Qt 6.2 now, but a few small features are still missing.
Please read the installation instructions.
I've also started a page with tutorials.
