This script is used to setup development environment where runtime dependencies could be useful.
The tests.yml workflow file is checking files which are required for container rebuilds. For some reason the install_dependencies.sh is included but it is not used there.

This script is to prepare development environment. For that reason the runtime dependencies might be handy.
