phenix_code

Code for the analysis of PHENIX data and extraction of direct photons. For this to be useful, you must also have ROOT (https://root.cern.ch) installed as well as the PHENIX collaboration code base.

analyzePhotons

This directory has the source code for the post-processing of the data trees for background subtraction and production of plots for the paper and thesis.

analzyePhotons/macros

This directory has the macro used to run the analyzePhoton program. There are various options and switches to run the code in different modes.
