First release of the Python port of the SMAP fitting pipeline: camera
conversion, peak finding, maximum-likelihood fitting with a Gaussian or
spline PSF, streaming HDF5 output, drift correction, grouping and an
interactive viewer. Reads Micro-Manager TIFF series and NDTiff datasets,
offline or while the microscope is still writing.
