Ideally we should print only the SVG div

It looks that CSS only will not work very well.

Something like this looks more appropriate
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2255291/print-the-contents-of-a-div

We can also have the svg regenerated specifically for the div printing which makes it possible to adjust the zoom level appropriately
