Support for scripts and blocks

I often use uni to find a character, and sometimes find myself wanting to look at a block of characters to find the one I'm looking for.

Among the features I can imagine is the ability to list scripts and blocks, and to dump entire blocks or script, or search in a specific subset of characters.

I'd love for uni to become my one-stop-shop for Unicode characters!

I'll look at doing this. Meantime, look at the tools in Unicode::Tussle, which is great. unichars may be helpful.
