Implemented a splash screen
Features :
Splash screen with delay of 4 seconds ,
Circular progress bar ,
NO USE OF 3rd PARTY LIB
All other functionalities remain the same
Changes :
Updates pubspec.yaml to include the asset folder
Added assests/Images directory
Updated the Routing ( Start -> SplashScreen -> HomePage > ListView )
