Stations cannot be heard with SRS Secure Coalition Radio being enabled

When the SRS server option Secure Coalition Radio is enabled, neither BLUE nor RED can hear DATIS stations, which shouldn't be the case.

Not a bug with DATIS after all. It looks like an issue with SRS and starting a mission in single player. If you start the mission in single player, you're SRS client isn't reporting its coalition properly. You can see it in the SRS Client List, where the player has a white instead of a blue (or red) circle:

If you start the mission in multiplayer, it works fine.
