Updated convert script to copy / download banner and thumbnail images into article post bundle folder and name so it will be picked up by blowfish.

Not all posts have images; probably fine to leave, esp. for older content.

Some of the images don't look great, esp. since blowfish uses the same image for banner and thumbnail; will want to replace some of them and maybe add some images to the more recent posts where warranted.
