Modular Robots -2

The project aims to build a system of modules capable of linking with each other to form different configurations suited for different tasks. The structure formed will be able to reconfigure into other structures, depending on whatis suited for the task at hand.

Getting Started

To clone repository: git clone https://github.com/rmvanarse/modbot2

Prerequisites

Arduino IDE Windows: https://www.arduino.cc/en/Guide/Windows Linux: https://www.arduino.cc/en/Guide/Linux

Teensyduino: https://www.pjrc.com/teensy/td_download.html

Robotics Operating System (ROS) http://wiki.ros.org/kinetic/Installation

Deployment

Tests done either on an Arduino development board or a Teensy 3.2/ 3.6. Final codes to be run on an ESP32 with NodeMCU. Current hardware relevant to codes: -L293D Motor Drivers -Pololu Magnetic Encoders on HPCB micrometalgear DC motors
