sm_batch_ITG-offset

update all sm files in a folder with an offset of the ITG standard +.009

NOTE: I am not responsible if you lose any data! Please back up your stuff FIRST.

After running, select the pack folder you wish to apply the +.009 offset

1. It will copy the existing folder into a new folder called _NULL
2. It will update the #OFFSET and #SAMPLESTART values with the +.009 value
