- Fixes a bug that caused a segmentation fault trying trying to return the preferredNAC of unknown talkgroups.
- Fixes some misspellings of preferredNAC in the code.
- Changes the type of preferredNAC to from int to unsigned long to match the current System implementation.
- Adds a multiSiteSystemNumber configuration option for SmartNet systems to better allow for recording from a preferred site.
