This is mainly to improve code readability. This property accesses the task class from a gym.Env wrapper using 'task' instead of 'env' attribute.

This PR adds a new simulated runtime that exploits pybullet, the python bindings around bulletphysics/bullet3. Closes #35.
The existing Tasks can be used also on this runtime. A new
PyBulletRobotclass implements all the interfaces to get data from a simulated model.
