In theory they are
ROBOTOLOGY_ENABLE_DYNAMICS_FULL_DEPSdependencies, but in practice given how ubiquitous are these two libraries and how lightweight they are, it is just simpler to add them in the long list of apt dependencies.Fix #687 .
