Looks like the Docker Hub now supports organizations: https://hub.docker.com/account/organizations/
Don't recall that being there last I checked. Do you think it would make sense to convert or migrate eddelbuettel rocker repositories to a "rocker" organization? Seems like it would get around the limitations we were having with the collaborators configuration in the current setup.

If we do move to an organization, we might want to decide on the 2 flavors or not-2-flavors issue at the same time (just making all images debian based), so we have fewer namespace changes (e.g. go from the verbose to the compact: eddelbuettel/debian-rstudio -> rocker/rstudio in one go).

Yes, organization probably makes sense, as does dropping one level. If you're fine with just using Debian, I think it is a go.

Cool. Yup, having had some time to o play with both I think just Debian is
the way to go for this.
