Fork this repo. Add your theme. Make a pull request.
The original css files are in the Propane app package.
/Applications/Propane.app/Contents/Resources/
And you can overwrite(?) them in styles
~/Library/Application Support/Propane/styles/
These css files are run over the default css on x.campfire.com
