Feature request: Clip, Crop or Zoom the notification (i.e. a video stream)

It would be great if it was possible to 'zoom in' or 'crop' video/notification.

Motivation:

Using PiPup with great success when we watch TV in the evenings to also monitor the baby upstairs. Sadly the camera hangs from the ceiling so some zoom/crop is needed to better see the baby.

If there was a crop function, we could see the baby better without the actual notification taking up most of the screen.

Alternative:

There's probably other ways to do the same. If it was possible to position the notification outside of the borders (using px for precise positioning), I could place it at [-400px, -400px] to only see the bottom-right part of the video. That'd also work for our case, albeit less flexible. :)
