chore: update version numbers

Summary

This PR updates the version number of crates needed to publish rome_js_parser on crates.io.

The release was already done https://crates.io/crates/rome_js_parser

The manual release was a "test" to see how things went. For the next iterations we could use https://github.com/pksunkara/cargo-workspaces and set up some automated workflow (don't know how yet)
