Summary
In this PR I want to make the JSON schema of the configuration available via github release.
This would allow us to have it hosted here, and we can change the
rome initcommand.Test Plan
I want to run the action using the workflow dispatch and see if the artifact is uploaded.
Then merge this PR and release a nightly build.
