Move jQuery and page JS to page footer

Doesn't ned to be in the head. Only modernizr needs to go in the head. Great idea for a theme though, I'll probably clean up a few of the issues I post.

the reason why i haven't done this is because when i tried to in the past it conflicted with various plugins that forced javascript in wp_head and also sometimes inline in the content area.

any ideas on how to do it while handling that?

Ahh, that makes sense...

There are ways to force the JS to the footer (I used a plugin once..) but most plugin authors still aren't up to speed on script loading so I guess it would be best to leave jQuery up at the top.
