Add a slider for adjusting vignette effect on the homescreen

It would be awesome if we could get a slider hat can adjust the scrim values allowing the user to reduce the shadowing/vignette effect over the background on the home screen.

This is now in Glasshouse: Home tab → Wallpaper → Darkening. It’s a slider from 100%, which is the old look and stays the default, down to Off, which shows your wallpaper as it is.
