On #808, new services called SpawnEntity and DeleteEntity have been added to ROS 2, so there's no more need for the old services.

They're now only used by the ros1_bridge. I think it should be possible to remove them and add new mapping rules to the new services instead.

The ROS 2 Migration: Spawn and delete page has more context.

Also should remove all the services and messages marked with a deprecation message on top.

This probably won't be addressed for a long time, so we keep supporting the ros1_bridge.
