[jfaust] I know you said you didn't need it right away, but since X-based is fine, I took a few minutes to update the current camera panel to support this.

rosrun wx_camera_panel standalone_camera.py --fs --minimal

It assumes that the incoming image is on the "/image" topic. If it needs to be a different topic we can work that out.
