Increasing version of package(s) in repository usb_cam to 0.3.4-0:

usb_cam

* Installs launch files
* Merge pull request #37 from tzutalin/develop
  Add a launch file for easy test

(Same as #14860, instaed of new repository, I forked from original one)

I know this not a good behavior, but I have take over release repository with out original maintainers's permission
ros-drivers/usb_cam#53, ros-drivers/usb_cam#64
If you think we should have more conversation on this process, feel free to close this PR

Please either get @rctoris to do the release using the existing repos or fork the upstream repo, add yourself explicitly as a maintainer and release the package from the fork.

@dirk-thomas can you reach to @rctoris ? I have sent PR for adding me as maintainer did not get response, ros-drivers/usb_cam#69. Do you think we have already wait enough time for fork repo? or should we wait more time? (see ros-drivers/usb_cam#53, ros-drivers/usb_cam#64 how log people are waiting for kinetic)

He doesn't have access to the repo anymore. So I guess you have to fork it.

I do have write access to that repo, however I've never touched that code ever.
