CI is failing with the following error:

E               RuntimeError: jazzy: missing package.xml file for package "message_tf_frame_transformer"

Which is an error I've never seen before. I notice this is bumping the debian increment 1.1.1-2 to 1.1.1-3, but the tracks.yaml for Jazzy says the last increment was 2. Did the release not get pushed to the release repo?

Hm, I'm also confused. This was supposed to be the first release for Jazzy, so having the jazzy track present in the release repo should indicate that it did indeed push something there.

What do you suggest? Re-run another bloom-release?

I'd probably try tagging a new release 1.1.2 in the upstream repo, and then running bloom-release with that for Jazzy.
