This is DC low voltage (up to 60v) PLC modem based on the following
schematics https://www.radiolocman.com/shem/schematics.html?di=148255
with only one modification for small 500k carrier frequency: C3 was
changed from 100pF to 1nF.

Firmware is written for STM32F103 BluePill board.  Modem PCB is designed
in such a way that BluePill can be directly pluged in using hardware
USART1 support.
