No response to the ChatGPT response column from AI Demo / Parallels GPT template #1201

Please bare with this beginner developer question, as I am 3 days in do not have all the problem solving skills yet. I watched and followed the video "ParallelGPT - Get setup guide". And now stumped. I am not getting results in the ChatGPT response column. Can you point me in the right direction how to correct the issue. Firebase cloud setup seems correct with the project and secret API key. I have also attached the cloud log as reference. There is a error code, but do not know how to interpret it.
