Ricardo, please, could you check if these probable comparisons are correct?

Variables: especialists, non especialists, day 1, day 30, Colton Classification, Schatzker, Mayo, AO, 10 images.

Inter-agreement:

Comparison between spc and nospc:

  1. Day 1, each classification.
  2. Day 30, each classification.

Intra-agreement

Comparison between each spc:

1.Day 1 and day 30, for each classification system.

Comparison between each nospc:

1.Day 1 and day 30, for each classification system.

would do all combinations of one or two variables:

specialists (sp) vs. non-specialists (nsp)
day 1 (d1) vs. day 30 (d30)
classification: colt vs. sch vs mayo vs ao

then:

spd1 vs spd30
nspd1 vs. nspd30
coltd1 vs. coltd30
schd1 vs. schd30
mayod1 vs. mayod30
aod1 vs aod30
spcolt vs. nspcolt
spsch vs. nssch
spmayo vs nspmayo
spao vs. nspao

later we can think if any specific thre-way combinations would be worth
plotting

for each of these, please create the vector, run the analysis and then
evaluate to see whether it makes clinical sense. for example, are the more
complex scales associated with a smaller degree of agreement?
