Minor bug fix

RSS was incorrectly being written to stderr, this has been fixed so RSS is rendered to stdout.

Fixed version.go generation

By Pandoc template used to generate version.go had incorrect license info. That is fixed in this release.

fix license ambiguity

I had two licenses referenced in the repository, I've settled on AGPL 3.0 or later. Fixed that the codemeta.json and license info option on command line apps.

fix: title-less RSS items

Fixed RSS output for pttk tool to support title-less RSS item elements per spec.

First experimental release

This is an experimental release of pttk. May not work and will be buggy. It's an experiment.
