Add parallax image backgound to separate chapters within the page

Hi,

Looking now at distill to mainstream a micro site template in my organization - https://github.com/unhcr-americas/ageingonthemove

one important requirement was to include images as background with parallax effect to separate the different chapters in the micro site. This has been done manually now - and still present issues with some devices (Iphone... maybe because of retina?) -

It would be awesome if this could come as a built in features in the package..
