What type of user is this for? volunteer/supervisor/admin/all
admin & supervisor

Description
When admin/supervisor views all volunteers, there is a red flag by the ones who have not made an update for the last X days (currently X is requested to be 60 but maybe we could make it settable?)

We might also want "low" activity, so total count over the last X days, rather than 0 issues for last 60 days
