General User Stories:

• As an end user I would like an easy interface to find health and human service information.
• As a data aggregator I do not want to expose my internal database to outside systems.
• As a data aggregator I want control over the content in my health and human services database.
• As a data aggregator I want to spend less time updating my database.
• As a resource data administrator, I want to be notified of conflicts between records in my database and those in government and other third parties' directories, so that I can be aware of incomplete, inaccurate and/or out-of-date information. I want to see these conflicts presented side-by-side, so that it's easy to understand the discrepancy. I want to know that this information has also been delivered to other all involved parties (the government, the referral provider, and the agency itself) along with a conflict resolution mechanism that enables me and/or other parties to verify information, along with the option to include comment. I want the resulting confirmed information to be 'merged' into a consolidated record and republished to all parties.
